On Saturday, August 1st 2009, from 11am to 5pm Spallon will be calling all men to join Team Spallon and American Crew at The Detailing Event in Rancho Penasquitos. This premier VIP event will showcase Spallon’s Signature Men’s Grooming and Service. Tickets are $30 each and space is limited, so call Spallon at 858-484-4001 today to make sure you reserve your space. The Signature Men’s Grooming will include a personal consultation, relaxing scalp massage and shampoo, custom men’s cut, and an American Crew finish and styling. Other amenities our guests will be entitled to enjoy include a car wash service certificate, food and a cold refreshing beverage, raffles, and prizes from American Crew. The Spallon Girls will make a special appearance for this event alongside special guests that were invited in honor of our men.

For 24 hours on May 16th and 17th, Team Spallon will be coming together with friends, family, and their clients in the RELAY FOR LIFE right in Rancho Penasquitos. WHAT IS THE RELAY FOR LIFE?
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is a fun-filled, overnight experience you’ll never forget. Relay mobilizes communities throughout the country to celebrate survivors, remember loved ones and raise money to support the mission of the American Cancer Society, to eliminate cancer. Teams of 8-15 members seek contributions prior to Relay and then gather with tents andsleeping bags to camp out at local high schools, parks or fairgrounds and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Relay brings together friends, family, businesses, hospitals, schools, places or worship…people from all walks of life! Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during this overnight event-because cancer never sleeps.
It’s About Hope.
When the sun goes down, hundreds of
luminaria light the way under the stars to
remember those lost to cancer, those fighting
cancer, and those who have fought the battle
and won. The luminarias that light up the
night symbolize the hope and perseverance
with which we all continue to fight.
It’s About Honor.
The Relay invites all cancer survivors, our
honored guests, to take part in the
Survivors’ Lap. Their courage and strength
help the community see that cancer
survivorship is real-that we are making
progress in the fight against cancer.
It’s About Connection.
Relay is your connection to the support
your American Cancer Society provides.
Through Relay, you will become more
knowledgeable about cancer prevention
and early detection. You will also learn
more about the services available for cancer
patients and their families.
